How can I work from home using my computer?

I know that the envelope stuffing gig is a scam but what about the clerical work, and data entry jobs. There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as ‘Best’.

I would like to find a legit work from home opportunity. I’ve done yahoo searches but I just can’t seem to find anything that seems legit. I have 3 yrs of telemarketing experience and at least 1 yr of secretarial experience. It would be nice if I could find like an inbound telemarketing position from home or a data entry position from home. Does anyone know of any legit work from home opportunities? Are there any websites that list work from home opportunities?

Real online data entry jobs are available. But you need to be careful. Most of the company’s income come from member sign up fee not from actual work. So be careful about paid signup.

Hi. I am an engineering graduate in Electronics & communications engineering from JNTU, hyderabad with an aggregate of 80%. I have also done Diploma in Embedded system design in CDAC,Bangalore. I have been working as a project engineer in CDAC for the past 7 months. But due to my physical inability I want to work from home.
